Skin care secrets


Skin care is all about simple good habits. Proactive skin care keeps your skin youthful and healthy. Start to pamper your skin while you are still young because when you grow older your skin becomes thinner and finely wrinkled. You are likely to lose your youthful color and glow without proper skin care. UV rays damage your skin, cause it to wrinkle and somehow facilitate aging. Sunscreen with SPF greater than 15 reapplied every 2 hours is a good protection.


Wash your skin gently with mild soap. Use warm water rather than hot water when taking a shower or a bath. Apply moisturizer daily. Moisturizers provide a seal over your skin. It either keeps water from escaping or slowly releases water into your skin. Don’t smoke or at least avoid to be near who does. Smoking causes skin aging. It causes wrinkles too. You may not be aware but the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking like squinting your eyes to keep out smoke may contribute to development of wrinkles. Repeated exposures from cigarette heat while smoking may damage facial skin over time too.
