Avocado facial


Fresh avocados are quite yummy to the taste especially when you put condensed milk in it or even make an avocado shake out of it. Honey facial mask


Feel your best when you get back to the office from your weekend spree getaway. Do your own facials at home for a good skin treatment short catch up. Wrinkles and ageing


Wrinkles come with age. That is unstoppable! What worries me is when you do things to facilitate the process effectively. Never too late to start exercising

You get to have a lighter effect, change in mood and change in the way you think and decide on things. Your mind seems to work when you burn those fats out instead of sitting on them!

Those who maintain physical activity burn more fats and lose less muscle than those who focus on pure diet plans without exercise. People lose lean muscle mass with age. Losing much could be risky and may interfere with daily living. Exercise produces metabolic changes which require burning of calories to perform physical activity. Handling chronic pain


There’s nothing more painful than heartache and a slip disc…. on my terms, laugh! These are the two pains in my life which I can faithfully describe to you in detail. And for this reason I can guarantee that even people who are suffering from stroke conditions are able to manage their activities and be able to walk again if they do this everyday – simply walk!

When I started to do my early morning walk, I almost failed. There were times that I should stop to ease out my pain. And it really feels like I got pinched on my back which makes it difficult to move any part of my body. So I need to freeze, as in literally freeze! And this happens even while I am crossing the street or sometimes in the middle of the road. It was really catching up with my confidence and self esteem but I kept up with my early morning walk.

Why would I ever do that? It is because I believe I could be a better person if I lose a little weight as a result of that daily activity. But then as I progress I discovered that my pain gets to its minimal level too because of the weight loss. My body feels lighter and my mood improves. Along with it, I noticed that I can write more easily and freely with the given condition. And hey my friends kept saying I am sexier lol.

So the target was to lose weight first. I was really making great efforts to accomplish my goals. I do my early morning walk and then swim in the weekend. I did it! The pain was gone and I was able to keep it at minimal level if it recurs. Another thing that I did was eat a lot of fish and unsalted vegetables. Yaiikksss!!!! I love salty foods and I suffered keeping up my goals. Haay torture but then it was the most effective way to lose weight and minimize your back pain.

Exercise… exercise… and exercise. Avoid salty foods and sugar. Do not drink colas nor rely on sugar cubes. This will help you out get a lighter feel, lose weight and manage chronic low back pain.

Olive oil for skin care


Olive oil is the traditional and nondying skin care of the ancient Greeks. Producers has just revolutionize the old ways and bottled olive oil to perfection. Home insemination

Hmmnn want that coo cooo angel smiles in your living room? Wanting to cuddle a live one instead of a teddy bear? Stay slim and look younger even at 40’s


Stress is unavoidable I guess. As you grow older you take more wrinkles as you take more responsibility. Guess you will wonder too if you’ll get to meet this woman I met last week who is near to fountain of youth model. At the age of 50 she looks like 35 years old. She is slim smart sexy career woman with an overload of work assignments and businesses. What an interesting diet!


I interviewed Luzila Hernandez and noted that there was nothing extraordinary in her diet and activity. She was too busy managing career, business, husband, kids and social events that she didn’t land on the thought of controlling power food intake. She also fly every now and then to other states. But I can sense she is a very happy fulfilled woman. Now that’s the secret of youth – happiness and fulfillment! Don’t let your husband get your brows together and create wave of wrinkles on your forehead lol.


She admitted she’s a vegetarian and eats meat once in a while because it is a dietary requirement. She also takes vitamins and supplements being aware of its benefits to health. And last but the most awaited secret – eating lots of mangoes. Oh… didn’t know it can influence beauty that way! Beta carotene?


Beta carotene comes mainly from brightly colored fruits and vegetables especially carrots. Although beta carotene is orange color, many green vegetables are also rich sources. Beta carotene is also found in cod liver oil, red palm oil and egg yolk. Supplements of beta carotene are normally found in foods with about 600 related substances. In several studies beta carotene supplements were associated with an increase in bowel polyps which is the first stage in bowel cancer. This I do not know until I bumped on the book that says it. However some studies also show that giving smokers fruits and vegetables which contain beta carotene helps protects against lung cancer which are about the same foods that were associated with a lower incidence of bowel polyps. Clearly vitamins behave differently when they are isolated from their normal environment. So it is our task to know what behaves what and what they do to us when we take them.

Hello boyfriends, goodbye acne


Acne is known to be as the red bumps we see anywhere in our skin and those blackheads and whiteheads that kept us going back to our monthly facials to get rid of these unsightly skin imperfections. The key to skin care is pure consistency. I know some of you are like me who gets lazy a week after faithfully doing your nightly skin regimen. Remember that diet restriction or excessive rubbing may not be an effective cure because acne is not caused by dirty skin and by what we eat. Extraction may help to eliminate further clogging of skin pores with sebum and dead skin cells. Unfortunately reduction of pore size is no longer possible.
