Sunscreen cancer protection

You can protect yourself against developing cancer brought about by the ultraviolet rays of the sun by using sunscreen of at least 15SPF. Sunscreens should be applied frequently especially during swimming and when sweating.

Don’t you know that regular use of sunscreen at your first 18 years of life may help reduce incidence of cancer by as much as 78%? One serious childhood sunburn increases your risk of developing malignant melanoma to skin cancer.

Sunscreens are made to absorb the ultraviolet light of the B wavelength and prevent it from penetrating the skin. But please do keep in mind that sun exposure at any rate at any age should be always kept to a minimum.
