Melanocytes cells produce melanin that determine skin color. The melanin word itself means black pigments or black substance. Melanins are large, black, octopus-shaped cells composed of cytoplasm with many elongated arms. After the production of melanin, melanocytes penetrate nearby cells to inject melanin granules. Injection of melanin granules cause epidermis or skin darkening. The main role of melanin is to absorb UV or ultraviolet rays when it strikes the skin. This way melanin helps reduced the risk for skin cancer by preventing mutation of DNA as well as lessens the speed of skin wrinkling. The production of melanin is genetically controlled. Human skin color is influenced by genes, environment and many other physiological factors especially melanocytes activity. The life cycle of the skin cells start at the basal layer which is at the bottom of the skin. The cells receive their nutrients at the basal layer where they divide actively to grow. Mixed baking soda with water to make a paste and apply at your armpits. This will help whiten and deodorize your underarms. Make sure you dissolved the powder or your armpits might get irritated. Chronic pain is crippling and frustrating. The condition could be stressful and may suck your self-esteem out of you. More medications and treatments often times sometimes cause you more pain. Before I started my own physical activity, I made an appointment with a fitness doctor and I was given a customized exercise program. Instead of going to the gym, I went to walk and jog at the park every morning. I improved my health greatly and was eventually able to manage my pain. I ate a lot of fish, oatmeal, fruits and vegetables. I lessen my intake with rice and chocolate cakes. I tried not to drink a lot of colas too. Fortunately I was able to curb it to half glass a month. Salt should be limited too. I began to steam my fish and just put some sauce in it. Sometimes it taste yukkss but you’ll get over it. This is only the start.

Improvements will be seen in a couple of weeks if you are consistent with your habit. I lose weight in about 2 months. Dieting and exercise needs consistency or you won’t be able to reach your target at all. The answer is pre-occupation when you think of food. Occupy your mind with work. This could be difficult at the start but once you have your mind set and are slowly getting use to the new habit, you will enjoy eating less and being physically active.

Sleep and rest are considered as both restorative and protective. The shift in hormonal balance experienced by your body during sleep facilitates physical restoration through anabolism. Normal sleep duration for efficient, hardworking people is usually 6 hours. One or two awakenings during the night are common but tend to increase with age. The need for sleep and rest varies among adults which is dependent on individual and situational variables. High incidence of fatigue is contributed to shorter, fragmented sleep.
